Terms of Service

Welcome to NexusCloud. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services

NexusCloud provides dedicated HTTP proxy IP addresses and KVM VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting services. All services are hosted in Indian datacenters (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. NexusCloud is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NexusCloud services for:

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are billed monthly. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

5. Proxy Services

Proxy IPs are dedicated to individual customers and are never shared. Protocol: HTTP only, Port 3128. Credentials can be reset from the dashboard at any time. NexusCloud does not guarantee that proxy IPs will work with all websites, as some services may block datacenter IPs.

6. VPS Services

VPS resources (CPU, RAM, disk) are dedicated to you and are not shared with other customers. You have full root access. You are responsible for all software installed on your VPS. NexusCloud is not liable for data loss — we recommend maintaining your own backups.

7. Uptime & SLA

NexusCloud provides a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for all services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold due to NexusCloud's fault, affected customers may request a prorated credit for the downtime period.

8. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been actively used.

9. Suspension & Termination

NexusCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of our network. We will attempt to notify you before suspension except in cases of severe abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

NexusCloud's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

NexusCloud may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active customers of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
