NexusCloud operates a strict no-refund policy on all products and services. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to review all plan details before purchasing.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our services involve dedicated infrastructure resources that are reserved exclusively for you at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed:

Proxy IPs are reserved for you exclusively. The IP address is pulled from our pool and assigned to your account. It cannot be re-assigned to another customer without a cooling-off period.

VPS resources are dedicated immediately. CPU, RAM, and disk space are allocated to your VPS from the moment of purchase and are unavailable to other customers.
⚡
Credentials are delivered instantly. Once proxy credentials or VPS login details are delivered to your account, the service has been consumed.
💸
Infrastructure costs are incurred upfront. Bandwidth, IP leasing, and server costs begin the moment your service is provisioned.
What This Policy Covers
❌ No refunds for proxy IP plans — regardless of usage, duration, or reason.
❌ No refunds for VPS server plans — once provisioned, all payments are final.
❌ No refunds for renewal charges — auto-renewal payments are non-refundable.
❌ No refunds if your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violation.
Before You Buy — Read This

Exceptions
The only circumstances under which NexusCloud will consider a credit or replacement (not a cash refund) are:
- If your proxy IP is completely unreachable within the first 24 hours of delivery and our technical team is unable to resolve it — we will replace the IP.
- If your VPS fails to provision due to a technical failure on our end — we will re-provision it or offer a credit toward a future order.
- In case of a verified duplicate charge (same order billed twice) — the duplicate amount will be reversed.
ℹ️ Credits are not cash refunds. Any credits issued are applied to your NexusCloud account balance and can only be used for future purchases. Credits are non-transferable and expire after 90 days.
Cancellations
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your service will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting NexusCloud is considered a violation of these terms. Any account associated with a chargeback will be immediately suspended, and access to all services will be revoked. We maintain detailed logs of all service delivery and will dispute chargebacks accordingly.
