• Billing information: GST number, state/city (payment processing is handled by Razorpay — we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage your services
• To send order confirmations, credentials, and billing invoices
• To send service renewal reminders and important notifications
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Proxy & VPS Traffic

We do not log, monitor, or inspect your proxy or VPS traffic. We have no knowledge of what websites you visit through our proxies or what you run on your VPS. Your usage data remains private.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Email provider — to send transactional emails
• Law enforcement — only if required by Indian law with proper legal process

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain billing records for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance). All other data is deleted within 30 days.

• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications (you cannot opt out of transactional emails)
